It makes a lot of sense and it helps keep you and your passengers safe if you stay on top of routine maintenance of all your vehicle’s systems, but none of those systems are more important to safety than your brakes and braking system.
If you’re not a highly trained and experienced mechanic your brakes are not an area where you want to be tinkering yourself, and you certainly shouldn’t wait until you notice symptoms of a braking system problem before you get things looked at. If you wait until you start to experience brake-fade, pulling to one side, vibrations through the pedal or a loud metallic grinding or squealing sound when you apply the brakes before you get your braking system looked at, you might be leaving it too late.
An RMP Chevrolet brake service includes inspections carried out by our Chevrolet-certified technicians for wear and damage to the brakes and brake lines. We will repair or replace any part of the braking system as needed, top-up or replace fluids as required, and conduct hydraulic system inspections to look for leaks.
It’s hard to put a price on the peace of mind you get from knowing your braking system is in the best possible working order because the Chevrolet-trained and certified technicians at RMP Chevrolet have checked it over. However, it’s got to be a price worth paying to make sure every journey will be a worry-free and safe one for you and your passengers.
