You are able to leave your vehicle outside of our gate and, to the left of our first service bay; there is a steel box with pencils, envelopes, and service sheets for you to fill out. Make sure to include your full name and phone number, the year, make, and model of your vehicle, your license plate number, and the service(s) that your vehicle needs. After filling out the sheet, insert the sheet into an envelope provided and slip it into the mail slot in the first service bay door. We will then contact you to confirm and take care of your needs from there.
It depends on the repair that needs to be done but we will get it done as quickly as possible. With that said, we will also not rush. We will make sure that the repair is done thoroughly, properly, and make sure that there are no other repairs that need to be done that you may not have been aware of.
The Chevrolet Manufacturer’s Warranty is 3yr/60 000km bumper to bumper and 5yr/160 000km power train. If you know the in-service date for your vehicle you can calculate it by year, as long as you’re under your km restriction. OR just simply bring your vehicle in and we can check for you!
If your vehicle is under warranty, you can call Roadside Assistance which is usually a faster process than any other. We do not have an onsite tow service but if you do need a tow, we will arrange one for you.
Many customers are not aware that you are able to adjust the tire pressure of their vehicles. If you open the driver door, there is a label that lists the appropriate psi for every vehicle or it is also listed on the tire itself.
Most other dealerships do not offer a two-way shuttle service for customers who are in for a longer service wait, they only drop them off. We, on the other hand, drop you off and pick you up, even if you’re located outside of the city. Also, many customers do not know that we offer tire storage. Being located in Saskatchewan, where we get 8 months of winter, everyone has summer and winter tires but not everyone has enough space at home to store the extra set. Don’t worry, we can keep them here, that way, they’re waiting for you when the season changes.
